How can I modify something in my order?
If you need to change something in your order, please contact us as soon as possible at europe@tattooproton.com or log in to your account at www.tattooproton.com.
Please note that orders are processed within the first 2-4 hours of receiving them. Once the order has been processed and packed, changes will no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to wait for the delivery and proceed with a return.

How can I pay for my order?
At Tattoo Proton S.L., we accept the following payment methods:
• Spain and Europe: Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Bizum, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (from the second order onwards).
• USA and Asia: Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Stripe.
• Rest of the World: Credit/Debit card and Bank Transfer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Processing time is 24-48 hours for Spain, 7 days for Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, and 3 to 10 business days for Europe and the rest of the world.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the destination and the selected carrier. The estimated delivery times are:
• Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): 24-48 hours (CTT Express).
• Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 7 business days (Correos Express).
• Europe and the rest of the world: 3 to 10 business days (UPS, FedEx, Zeleris, Packstar).
• USA and Asia: 3 to 10 business days (Stripe payments and various carriers).
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If the package shows visible damage upon delivery, we recommend not signing for it or signing it while indicating the damage to the carrier.
Send us an email at europe@tattooproton.com with photos of the package, contents, and delivery slip. We will assess the case and provide further instructions.
What happens if I am not available to receive the order?
The carrier will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facilities.
If the order is returned due to the recipient’s absence, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
What should I do if my order is incomplete or missing items?
If you did not receive all the items in your order, contact our customer service team at europe@tattooproton.com with your order number.
If an item is missing, please notify us before signing the delivery slip to facilitate the verification process.
