TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING - TATTOO PROTON S.L.
General Shipping Conditions:
Tattoo Proton S.L. reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier according to the shipping area, order volume, and current conditions. Applicable shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice and may vary depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the order.
Shipping Rates and Zones:
Based on the total order amount, three price ranges are established for each geographical area. These ranges are designed to optimize shipping costs and ensure the best possible rate for our customers.
For Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), the shipping costs are €8 for orders under €50 and free for orders over €50.
For Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, a fee of €30 is applied to all orders due to customs management. However, for orders exceeding €500, the shipping cost may be adjusted according to the volume and weight of the package.
For Europe (European Union), shipping costs €20 for orders under €100. For orders between €100 and €500, shipping is free. For orders exceeding €500, an additional shipping cost will be applied based on the weight and volume of the order.
In Europe (Non-EU), shipping has an initial cost of €30 for orders under €100. Orders over €100 are free.
For North America, shipping has an initial cost of €45 for orders under €45. Orders above this amount may be subject to additional fees depending on weight and destination.
In South America, shipping has a fixed cost of €45 up to €100. For orders over €100, the shipping cost may be recalculated based on the weight and volume of the shipment.
In Asia and Oceania, shipping has an initial cost of €40 up to €150. Orders exceeding €150 are free.
For Africa, the shipping cost is €40 up to €150. Orders over €150 are free.
Note: Shipping rates for distributors are subject to different ranges and are not public. Each distributor must check their specific rates in their registered account.
Transit Times and Carriers:
• Spain Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 24-48 hours, through CTT Express.
• Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 7 business days, through Correos Express.
• Europe and the rest of the world: 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and the assigned carrier (UPS, FedEx, Zeleris, Packstar).
Special Conditions for Distributors:
• Distributors are not guaranteed a specific delivery time, as it depends on stock availability, order volume, and other logistical factors. However, a maximum period of 30 days for the preparation and shipment of the order is guaranteed.
• Distributors must review their specific rates and ranges in their private account on the website.
Returns and Refunds:
• If a shipment is returned to the sender due to the lack of customs documentation provided by the recipient, the refunded amount will be the total paid for the order minus shipping and return costs.
• If the customer rejects the order without justified cause or does not collect the package, the same refund policy will apply, deducting the shipping and return costs.
• In case of returns due to visible damage, the customer must notify it before signing the receipt. Tattoo Proton S.L. is not responsible for damages not indicated at the time of delivery.
Customer Responsibility:
• It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the phone number and email address provided when placing the order.
• Tattoo Proton S.L. is not responsible for failed deliveries due to the recipient’s inaction or lack of communication.
• Before signing the receipt, the customer must verify that there is no visible damage and that the content is complete. Otherwise, the carrier must be notified, and a written record must be made. If the customer signs without indicating any damage, no claims will be accepted later.
Import Duties and Customs Fees:
• Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, duties, or other fees applied by local authorities.
• The recipient is responsible for paying these charges. Tattoo Proton S.L. does not cover these costs under any circumstances.
• The shipping rates displayed when placing the order are fixed and do not necessarily reflect the actual costs paid by the carrier. In case of returns, the customer will receive the carrier’s invoice to justify the deducted costs.
Order Tracking:
• Once the order leaves our facilities, the customer will receive an email with the shipment tracking number.
• Any issues with the shipment must be reported directly to the assigned carrier using the provided tracking number.
Changes to Rates and Conditions:
• Tattoo Proton S.L. reserves the right to modify shipping rates, delivery times, and general conditions without prior notice.
• The updated rates come into effect from the date of publication on the website and do not apply retroactively to previously placed orders.
