Shipping terms and conditions - Tattoo Proton S.L.

General shipping conditions

Tattoo Proton S.L. reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier depending on the shipping area, order volume, weight, logistics availability and operational conditions at the time. Shipping rates may be modified without prior notice and are calculated according to destination, order value, weight and volume.

Public shipping rates for customers

The following rates correspond to the public carrier “Envío 24/48” and may vary if the order requires special logistics handling due to volume, weight, transport restrictions or destination.

VAT / IVA: All rates shown exclude VAT and indirect taxes. VAT, where applicable, will be calculated during checkout according to the destination country, customer type and tax details provided. For destinations outside the European Economic Area or with special tax or customs treatment, the order may not include VAT, but the recipient remains responsible for any taxes, duties, clearance fees or import costs charged by authorities or the carrier.

Transit times and carriers

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: normally 24/48 business hours, except logistics incidents or peak periods.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: normally up to 7 business days, subject to customs and island management.
Europe and the rest of the world: normally 3 to 10 business days, depending on destination, assigned carrier and customs processing.
Tattoo Proton S.L. may work with CTT Express, Correos Express, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Zeleris, Packlink or other operators depending on destination and shipment conditions.

Special conditions for distributors

Shipping rates for distributors are private, may have different ranges and are not published on this page. Each distributor must check their specific conditions from their registered account or by direct communication with Tattoo Proton S.L.
Distributor orders may require additional preparation due to volume, available stock, documentation, special packaging, pallets or international transport. For this reason, an exact dispatch date is not guaranteed, although Tattoo Proton S.L. works to prepare and ship orders as soon as possible.
For distribution orders, the estimated maximum preparation and dispatch period may be up to 30 days when volume, manufacturing, stock, documentation or logistics require it.

Customs, taxes and importation

Shipments outside the European Union, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other territories with special tax or customs treatment may be subject to taxes, duties, clearance fees, import charges or administrative costs applied by local authorities or the carrier.
These amounts are the responsibility of the recipient. Tattoo Proton S.L. does not cover taxes, duties or import costs in the destination country or territory.
If the recipient does not provide required documentation, does not respond to customs notices, refuses to pay taxes or does not complete importation, return, storage, handling and transport costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

!Package check before signing delivery

Before signing with the carrier, the customer must check the external condition of the package. If there are impacts, moisture, breaks, tampered tape, opened packaging or any sign of damage, the customer must request that the delivery is recorded in writing as “pending review due to damaged/tampered packaging” or refuse delivery if the damage is evident.

If the package is signed as received in good condition without any reservation, the transport agency may reject later claims for transport damage.

Box review and internal preparation control

Our preparation system includes internal weight control, packaging checks, box photographs and verification before the order leaves our facilities.

When opening the order, the customer must not remove or handle the material before taking preventive photographs. Each box must be opened carefully and clear photographs must be taken from above, showing the full contents exactly as they are at the time of opening.

These photographs allow us to compare the received condition with the images, weights and checks recorded by our system before dispatch. This information can be viewed from the customer account, inside the order details, in the order preparation section, where available boxes, weights and photographs are shown.

If missing material is reported later but there are no photographs of the opened box before the products were removed or handled, we will not be able to verify the incident correctly and the claim may not be accepted.

If, when opening the box, any product or unit is missing, keep all material inside the box, weigh the box again with the received contents and immediately send clear photographs together with the order information to europe@tattooproton.com.

Shipping with the customer’s own carrier

The customer may request that the order is collected by their own transport agency. To do so, Tattoo Proton S.L. must be notified before preparation or dispatch by phone, WhatsApp or email, stating that the customer wishes to manage transport with their own operator.
Once confirmed by Tattoo Proton S.L., the shipping cost may be removed or adjusted where applicable. A carrier must not be sent without prior confirmation, as the order may not be prepared, documented or available for collection.
When transport is managed by the customer’s carrier, Tattoo Proton S.L. is not responsible for the contracted service, collection, transit, incidents, losses, delays, documentation generated by that carrier or customs/documentary management required by the destination country.
The customer or their carrier must provide labels, instructions, required documentation and any specific export, import or customs requirements. Tattoo Proton S.L. may provide the usual available commercial documentation, but does not guarantee special customs procedures for external operators whose requirements are unknown to us.

Returns, refusals and refunds

If a shipment is returned to sender due to absence of the recipient, incorrect address, refusal of delivery, lack of customs documentation, non-payment of taxes or inaction by the recipient, shipping, return, handling, storage and any associated logistics costs may be deducted from the refund.
If the customer refuses the order without justified cause or does not collect the package within the period established by the carrier, the same policy will apply.
In the event of visible transport damage, the incident must be recorded before signing receipt. Tattoo Proton S.L. cannot be responsible for damage not reported at delivery when the carrier rejects the claim due to lack of reservation.

Order tracking

When the order leaves our facilities, the customer will receive tracking information when available. In some cases, an additional email may be sent by the dispatch department with label, tracking or logistics documentation.
Any transit incident must be reported to the assigned carrier using the tracking number. Tattoo Proton S.L. will cooperate where possible to review the incident, but transport times and events depend on the logistics operator.

Changes to rates and conditions

Tattoo Proton S.L. may modify shipping rates, zones, carriers, transit times and conditions without prior notice.
Updated conditions apply from their publication on the website and are not retroactive to orders already placed, unless an exceptional logistics adjustment is communicated to the customer.
