How shipping is calculated
The destination, weight, volume, available carrier, taxes and possible promotions determine the final cost. Before confirming the order, the checkout shows the selectable modality and its price. The amount accepted at checkout is the one applicable to that order; A subsequent modification of rates does not have retroactive effect.
The times indicated are transit estimates and begin once the package is prepared and delivered to the carrier. Customized products, high volumes, remote destinations, customs inspections and periods of high demand may require more time.

Taxes and DUA: The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and destinations outside the customs territory of the Union may generate DUA management, tariffs, taxes or other import charges not included, unless the checkout expressly indicates otherwise.
Preparation and monitoring
The order is prepared after payment and availability are verified. When the service allows it, a tracking reference will be sent to the indicated email. The customer must check that the address and contact details are complete before confirming.
Internal preparation and transit are different phases. It may take a few hours for the carrier status to update after pickup.
Carriers and deadlines
Tattoo Proton selects the available services according to destination, weight and operation. The deadlines shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, remote areas, logistical incidents or official controls.
When consumer regulations are applicable, delivery will be made without undue delay and, unless otherwise agreed, within the maximum legal period.
Official distributors
Official distributors are independent companies. Its stocks, prices, delivery, billing and sales conditions correspond to the distributor with whom it is contracted. You can consult the points published in Official distributors.
Customs and import
The recipient must check the import and professional use rules in force in their country. Unless the checkout or invoice indicates that they are included, tariffs, taxes, shipping, licenses or expenses charged by local authorities and operators correspond to the recipient.
A customs control can expand transit. Tattoo Proton will provide the commercial documentation reasonably necessary, without being able to guarantee the authorization of entry of goods subject to local restrictions.
Reception, visible damage and incidents
Upon receiving the package, check the external condition before discarding the packaging. If you notice bumps, humidity, opening or loss of contents, let the carrier know when possible and notify europe@tattooproton.com providing order number, photographs and description.
This collaboration allows the logistics claim to be processed quickly, but does not limit or eliminate mandatory legal rights that correspond to the consumer due to lack of conformity, loss or damage.
Internal package control
To verify preparation, quantity and condition, Tattoo Proton can internally record the packaging process through controls and photographs of the order. These records are kept for the time necessary to manage incidents and defend claims, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Carrier hired by the client
If the client hires a carrier on their own that is not among those proposed by Tattoo Proton, the transportation service is carried out directly between them. In sales to consumers, the transfer of risk will be governed by applicable law; Where the carrier is independently chosen and contracted by the consumer, the risk may pass upon delivery of the goods to that carrier.
Returns, rejections and refunds
Returns due to withdrawal, lack of conformity or error are governed by the Terms and conditions. Before shipping merchandise, contact Tattoo Proton to correctly identify the order and reason.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, repeated absence, non-compliance with import requirements attributable to the recipient or unjustified rejection, actual, documented and legally admissible additional costs may be charged. This does not affect the mandatory rights of the consumer or the cases attributable to Tattoo Proton or the carrier selected by the company.
Updates and contact
Rates and services may be updated for future orders due to changes in carrier, fuel, regulations or coverage. The modification does not alter an order already accepted. For questions about destination, tracking or incident, write to europe@tattooproton.com.
