WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
At Tattoo Proton S.L., we guarantee all our cosmetic products for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided that the recommended usage conditions and manufacturer instructions are followed. During this period, we are committed to managing any manufacturing defect, provided the following conditions are met:
• The product has not been tampered with, opened, or misused.
• The issue has not been caused by misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, or improper storage.
• The product has not been repaired or altered by third parties not authorized by Tattoo Proton S.L.
• The original packaging has not been intentionally damaged or neglected.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
1. Products Purchased Directly from Tattoo Proton S.L. or Authorized Distributors:
Products purchased directly from our online store or through authorized distributors are covered by the warranty.
2. Products with Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase is required to activate the warranty. If the receipt is not available, the warranty period will be based on the manufacturing date indicated on the batch number.
3. Products with Original, Undamaged Packaging:
Products must be returned in their original packaging without visible signs of tampering or use.
4. Unopened and Unused Products:
Opened, tested, or used cosmetics automatically lose warranty coverage for health and safety reasons.
PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING WARRANTY SERVICE
1. Contact Customer Support:
Customers must contact europe@tattooproton.com or log in to their account at www.tattooproton.com to initiate the warranty process.
2. Product Evaluation:
• The customer must provide photos of the product, its original packaging, and the purchase receipt.
• If necessary, the product may be requested to be returned for inspection at our laboratory.
3. Analysis Outcome:
• If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, a replacement or refund will be offered.
• If the issue is not covered by the warranty (e.g., misuse, improper storage, product opened), Tattoo Proton S.L. reserves the right to reject the claim.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
• Improper Use: Products used differently than indicated in the usage instructions.
• Incorrect Storage: Cosmetics exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, opened or tested products are not eligible for warranty claims unless a manufacturing defect is detected.
• Unauthorized Handling or Repairs: Products altered, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized third parties.
• Damage from Accidents or Natural Disasters: Damage caused by drops, fire, water, or natural disasters is not covered.
• Expired Products: Warranty does not cover products beyond their expiration date as indicated on the packaging.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
1. Return Process:
• Access your account at www.tattooproton.com and select the order you wish to return.
• Specify the reason for the return and indicate whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
• Once the return is confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
2. Return Conditions:
• The product must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Tattoo Proton S.L. will not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment.
• If the reason for the return is unrelated to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Returns for Rejected Shipments or Non-Receipt:
• If a shipment is returned due to the customer’s refusal or absence during delivery, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Order Verification:
Before signing for the order, the customer must inspect the package and report any visible damages to the carrier.
• Damaged Products:
If the package shows visible signs of damage or tampering, the customer must either refuse delivery or note the damages on the delivery slip.
• Contact Customer Support:
Any claims must be made immediately after receiving the package via europe@tattooproton.com.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR DISTRIBUTORS
• Delivery Timeframes: Distributors do not have guaranteed delivery times due to stock availability and order volume.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs for distributors will be calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
• Returns and Exchanges: Distributors must contact the sales department directly to handle returns and exchanges.
TRADEMARKS AND REGISTERED DESIGNS
Tattoo Proton S.L. informs that all its products, brands, trade names, and designs are officially registered in international patent, trademark, and industrial design offices, ensuring the authenticity of all our cosmetic products.
