Proton Origins SD-58 Medicinal Stringy Petroleum Jelly is not an ordinary petroleum jelly. It is processed in our laboratory to obtain a finer, more workable texture designed for professional tattoo work.

It was one of Proton’s first products after our stencil range, more than eight years ago. Our specific treatment delivers the quality and consistency tattoo professionals expect.

This product contains 1000 ml / 34 oz. A separate 500 ml / 17 oz format is also available.

The attached Spanish and English safety data sheets identify the product as PROTON VASELINA FILANTE MEDICINAL SD-58 / PROTON VASELINE MEDICAL GRADE VASELINE SD-58.

• Identified use: raw material for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries; for professional or industrial users.
• CLP classification: not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
• PBT/vPvB and endocrine-disrupting properties: the product does not meet these criteria.
• Physical state at 20 °C: semi-solid, with a pasty appearance.
• Kinematic viscosity at 40 °C: greater than 20.5 mm²/s.
• Storage and transport: store between 5 and 30 °C; it is not regulated as dangerous goods for transport.
